  TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) waterproof membrane is typically based on polypropylene and EP (ethylene-propylene) rubber. TPO mainly contains carbon atoms and hydrogen atoms without plasticizers and chlorine elements. It is a beautiful, long-lived and environment-friendly product. The TPO membranes are installed mechanically-attached, fully-adhered or ballasted.

1.  TPO membranes reflect heat and light, wearing protective clothing (long-sleeved shirt, long-barreled trousers), and wearing a filter to protect the skin and eyes from UV-induced damage.

2. Security measures for roof perimeter are necessary when application. Sheet surface is slippery when wet, taking care to avoid slide.

 3. Sealants and adhesives are flammable containing solvents. They will be dangerous when exposure to heat, even have the possibility to catch fire and explode.

4. Sealants, adhesives, cleaners should be avoided contacting with skin and eyes. 5. No smoking during application.

2.   Samples are shipped via International Express such as DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT, etc.

DO

1. Products which use HengXing SBS, APP or Self-Adhesive technology must be stocked indoors, in a dry place, away from        sunlight and with an appropriate temperature.

2. Keep the product away from sunlight and excessively high temperatures.

3. The removal of the monosiliconated protective film can cause electrostatic energy discharge.

4.  Always keep the rolls standing vertically.

NOT TO DO

1.  DO not place pallets one on top of the other.

2.  Do not remove the roll from its packaging until the moment of application

3.  Avoid keeping the product outside its packaging for long periods when the external temperature is higher than 29°C.

4.   Not to do apply the coating membrane when the weather is bad.

5.   Do not block the structure’s existing ventilation.

6.   Do not apply on dirty, wet, dusty or humid surfaces.

7.   Do not leave the roll outside its packaging during the night. If possible use the entire product which has been removed from its packaging on the same day.

8.   Do not apply when the weather is cold or humid and/or when the attic is very humid(the temperature of the areas in which the various materials are in contact should be at least 10°C).

9.   Avoid making the membranes overlap(membrane overlap).
